On May 25th, Belarus’ Foreign Minister Maxim Ryzhenkov met with Hamoud Salim Abdullah Al-Tuwayh, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Oman to Russia and Belarus (concurrently), sb.by reports with reference to the Belarusian Foreign Ministry
The Omani Ambassador delivered a reply message from His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarek Al Said of Oman to the President of Belarus, Aleksandr Lukashenko.
The parties discussed the progress in implementing Belarus-Oman agreements reached during the first meeting of the Intergovernmental Joint Committee on Co-operation and Investment, held on April 1st-2nd, 2026, in Muscat.
They also reviewed the schedule of joint activities planned for the near future, including holding inter-ministerial consultations in Minsk later this year.
