Order of Mother presented to 42 women from Minsk Region
A ceremony presenting the Order of Mother to women from the Minsk Region has taken place today at the Palace of the Republic, forty-two mothers of many children received the award, BelTA reports
Welcoming the elegant and happy women of honour and noting their special beauty on such a memorable day, Chairman of the Minsk Region Executive Committee Aleksei Kushnarenko emphasised that the mothers of many children represent not only different corners of the central region but also a wide range of fields.
"Today we are honouring true mother-heroes, united by an example of love and care. You are raising not one, but several generations, pouring your heart into each child, shaping them into responsible citizens of your country. The presentation of the Order of Mother is a sign of gratitude from the entire society for the bright energy you bestow upon your families," Mr. Kushnarenko said.
He added that the number of large families in the region is growing. Currently, there are over 21,000 of them, raising approximately 70,000 children.
"At the state level, we are creating all the conditions to ensure your lives are comfortable and happy. Every year, kindergartens, schools, medical facilities, and housing are built in the region, and we will continue these projects, investing in the future of our country," Mr. Kushnarenko emphasised, wishing mothers and their families peace, goodness, prosperity, and happiness.
