“Since the introduction of restrictions, enough time has passed to not only find all the bottlenecks, but also to take adequate response measures. We mirrored the ban on the movement of trucks from the European Union on our territory in time and now we have about 1,000 vehicles at the transfer every day…,” noted the Head of State.

The Belarusian leader also asked to report on how the Transport Ministry solves the problem of increasing transportation by rail in the eastern direction, “Meanwhile, no one limits you across all directions. The availability of containers for the needs should be 100 percent.”

The President asked if the logistics that are optimal for the current conditions have been built, stressing that Russia provides us with all the opportunities to use its ports as well.

Among the issues discussed are the observance of the interests of Belarusian road carriers and measures aiming to strengthen the economic position of the aviation industry.
