Lukashenko on meeting with Modi: we talked, exchanged views

During his meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin in Beijing, President of Belarus Aleksandr Lukashenko said that international events in China had provided an opportunity to communicate with many world leaders, BelTA reports

“We had the opportunity to talk with all the presidents – and even with Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi, with whom we have not met for a long time. We had a talk and exchanged our views on some matters. This is also very important,” the Head of State said.

As reported earlier, Aleksandr Lukashenko held numerous informal meetings with foreign leaders in China, and he also conducted negotiations with President of China Xi Jinping.
