Lukashenko, Mirziyoyev visited Uzbek TEXNOPARK
The presidents of Belarus and Uzbekistan, Aleksandr Lukashenko and Shavkat Mirziyoyev, have visited a group of industrial enterprises established in 2019 in order to produce import-substituting industrial products and household appliances: TEXNOPARK JSC
Eighteen production facilities operate on the territory of TEXNOPARK, including those specialising in electronic gas meters (production capacity makes 3m units per year), elevators and escalators (2,000 and 200 units, respectively), household and industrial refrigerators (1.1m units), washing machines (1m units), industrial hot water boilers (2,000 units), and others. The localisation level for certain types of products makes 35-40 percent. TECHNOPARK employs more than 5,000 people, and companies from Italy, Korea and China are its major partners.
