Lukashenko established commemorative badge honouring 10th anniversary of State Forensic Examination Committee

The President of Belarus, Aleksandr Lukashenko, has signed Decree No. 124 on the establishment of a commemorative badge dedicated to the 10th anniversary of the State Forensic Examination Committee – as reported in the Belarusian leader’s press service

The State Forensic Examination Committee was established in 2013 by the President’s decision and celebrated its 10th anniversary this year.

The department’s commemorative award pin is a silver circle, in the centre of which, in a round medallion with radially diverging arrow-like rays, there is a modified emblem of the committee: a carmine-coloured Varangian shield with two cutouts in the upper part, a border and fourteen golden rivets. In the centre of the shield is the State Emblem of Belarus. A golden sword is placed vertically behind the shield. The reverse side of the badge is decorated with the inscription in the Belarusian language translated as ‘Objectivity, Honour, Fatherland’.

By decision of the head of the department, the badge can be awarded to employees and civilian personnel of the committee, employees of subordinate organisations who have achieved high results in their performance and made a significant contribution to the formation and development of the department.
