Lukashenko congratulated Uzbekistan President Shavkat Mirziyoyev on his birthday

The President of Belarus, Aleksandr Lukashenko, has sent birthday greetings to President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev – as reported by the Belarusian leader’s press service

“The Uzbek people and the international community highly appreciate you as a wise politician and patriot of your country, and the large-scale state reforms you are carrying out, aimed at the progressive development of friendly Uzbekistan, find a wide positive response,” the congratulatory message reads.

The Belarusian Head of State noted that he values the mutual understanding and trust established between the two leaders. “I’m convinced that your experience, energy and strength will continue to be directed to strengthening the allied relations between Minsk and Tashkent while expanding fruitful trade-economic and humanitarian ties,” the President stressed.
