Krutoi: Belarus’ President appreciates his subordinates’ personal involvement into work
Personal involvement into the affairs they oversee is the main criterion for the Belarusian President's assessment of his subordinates – as noted by Head of the President Administration Dmitry Krutoi, commenting on the results of today’s meeting of the Head of State with the leadership of the President Administration
According to Mr. Krutoi, the Head of State always demands more commitment from everyone, including from the President Administration employees, “We communicate – in the broadest sense of the word, both through documents and by phone – with the President on a daily basis, and he requires more serious and qualitative work and attitude in 90 percent of cases. Today, summing up the results of the meeting with the Administration's specialists, he said that the personal involvement into the work being done is the main criterion for him at the moment.”
Mr. Krutoi noted that 114 people are currently employed at the President Administration; there was the same number at the time of the establishment of the structure, although the figure reached even 200 at different times. He added that the work speed of the Administration had increased significantly with the current dynamics and the number of issues under consideration. “This requires more dedication and maybe more effort from employees sometimes – considering that 60-70 percent are women. They bear a serious load of responsibility,” Mr. Krutoi added.
