Commander of Belarus’ Air Force and Air Defence shed slight on new equipment entering service with Belarusian army

Colonel Andrei Lukyanovich, the Commander of the Air Force and Air Defence of Belarus’ Armed Forces, has informed that the units will be equipped with the Pantsir anti-aircraft missile and cannon complex, while Rosa-RB Belarus-made low-altitude radar complexes able to conduct reconnaissance in the air will be sent to the country’s radio engineering troops, and aviation will receive new Su-30SM aircraft and Mi-35M helicopters

“We continue to train military personnel as well, including to operate new S-400 air defence systems which have already taken up combat duty,” Colonel Lukyanovich said. “They now close the airspace not only over our country, but also over the Union State.”
