The parties discussed combating transnational crime, terrorism, extremism, cybercrime, drug trafficking, illegal migration, as well as social and economic co-operation.

Ivan Kubrakov also met Vietnam’s Public Security Minister Luong Tam Quang. The meeting outlines areas for co-operation in personnel training, countering cybercrime, exchanging of delegations and experts, coordinating special units, and the possibility of supplying uniforms and equipment for law enforcement officers manufactured by Belarusian enterprises.
