Instagram, WhatsApp access restricted in Iran

Instagram app and WhatsApp messenger are no longer operational in Iran, and it is not yet known when access will be restored, TASS reports

Based on current data of Fars News Agency, which in turn refers to a decision of the relevant authorities, access to services was restricted in the evening of September 21^st due to ‘the actions of opposition elements that undermine the foundations of national security’. Actions of the kind were registered on these platforms.
