The tennis players are to partner for the Olympic tournament, in line with the requirements of the International Tennis Federation. It will be the fifth Olympics for Max Mirnyi, who celebrated his 39th birthday on July 6th (he won with Victoria Azarenko in London) while Alexander Bury will make his debut at the Olympic Games in Rio.
Victoria is registered to compete in the Olympic Games women’s singles but is currently recovering from an injury.
