The Belarusian enjoyed four fights at the Tbilisi tournament, first defeating Germany’s Yasmin Kuelbs and then losing to Brazil’s Maria Altheman. She went on to beat Lithuania’s Santa Pakenite and, in her fight for bronze, defeated Ukraine’s Svetlana Yaromko.
Athletes from 29 countries won medals at the Grand Prix event, with the Dutch topping the medal rankings: 3-2-0. Second place went to the Georgians (2-1-4) and the Brazilians were third (1-1-3).
