Nissan is to take legal action against the ‘Vote Leave’ campaign after its logo appeared in leave leaflet
The logo appeared alongside a number of global companies promoting a Brexit. The car manufacturer issued a statement saying the legal action will put an end to ‘false statements and misrepresentations’.
Nissan said it warned ‘Vote Leave’ to stop using the logo, but requests had been repeatedly ignored.
