Victory at Belarus’ presidential elections won by A. Lukashenko
According to the Central Commission for Elections and National Referenda, other presidential candidates gained votes as follows: Grigory Kostusev — 1.97 percent, Alexei Mikhalevich — 1.02 percent, Vladimir Neklyaev — 1.77 percent, Yaroslav Romanchuk — 1.97 percent, Vitaly Rymashevsky — 1.1 percent, Andrei Sannikov — 2.41 percent, Nikolai Statkevich — 1.04 percent, Viktor Tereshchenko — 1.08 percent, and Dmitry Uss — 0.48 percent. Meanwhile, 6.47 percent voted against all candidates.
According to Ms. Yermoshina, the turnout was 90.66 percent (over 6,430,000 people) — against 92.7 percent in 2006.
