Belarusian athletes claim two silver medals at 2016 Cadet European Judo Championships
The U-18 European forum in the Finnish town of Vantaa has brought together athletes from 41 countries, with Belarusian Dmitry Muzhailo earning silver in the under 55kg category and Dmitry Khokhlov achieving the same success in the over 90kg category.
Dmitry Muzhailo had four victories across five matches, losing only to an Azerbaijani sportsman in the finals. Meanwhile, Dmitry Khokhlov boasted three victories. In the decisive fight he was beaten by his rival from Hungary.
Judo wrestlers from Russia came first in the medal standings, while our national squad was ranked 11th.
