Ilan Shor noted that as soon as the EU borders open, ‘everyone who can will leave the country’. According to him, ‘Moldova will face the fate of the Baltic States’, from where families left in search of a better life: ‘this will be the end of the Moldovan people’.

The politician is confident that after joining the EU, refugees will pour into Moldova, since the country will be obliged to accept them. This will lead to the emergence of ghettos and an increase in crime, which will completely collapse the economy. The cost of gas and electricity will also skyrocket, and Moldova will lose access to the markets of Russia and Belarus.
