Lukashenko presented awards to cultural figures
Today the Belarusian Head of State at the Bolshoi Opera and Ballet Theatre presented the Order of Francysk Skaryna to Vadim Yakonyuk, Professor of the Department of Musical Pedagogy, History and Theory of Performing Arts at the Belarusian State Academy of Music
Vladimir Andreyenko, Director of the Mogilev Regional Puppet Theatre, was awarded the Francysk Skaryna Medal.
Tamara Mironova, drama artiste, leading stage master of the Yanka Kupala National Academic Theatre, and Anton Kravchenko, ballet dancer and leading stage master of the National Academic Opera and Ballet Theatre of the Republic of Belarus were awarded the People’s Artiste honorary title. Aleksandr Lukashenko presented them with the appropriate badges.
The Honoured Artiste of the Republic of Belarus honorary titles were conferred upon Aleksandr Glazko, ballet dancer of the highest category of the State Academic Dance Ensemble of Belarus; Valery Shmat, Artistic Director of the Golden Voices music production centre; and Ruslan Chernetsky, leading stage master of the Maksim Gorky National Academic Theatre. Meanwhile, Aleksandr Finsky, artist-sculptor, Professor of the Sculpture Department of the Belarusian State Academy of Arts was awarded the Honoured Art Worker title.
The Head of State also presented them with badges.
