Lukashenko considers it necessary to speed up work on co-operation and import substitution within EAEU

At a session of the Supreme Eurasian Economic Council today, the President of Belarus proposed the leaders of the EAEU member states to accelerate co-operation and import substitution

“It is necessary to seriously speed up the work aimed at creation of new co-operative ties and import substitution, especially for goods of critical import,” Aleksandr Lukashenko said.

The Head of State believes a proposal to develop indicative balances for essential goods for the EAEU internal market is topical.
