Lukashenko: Belarus never had and will not have product shortage

There should be goods of proper quality on the shelves, in a wide range and at fair prices – as stressed by the President of Belarus on meeting the economic bloc of the Government today

“The so-called ‘new’ products – if any – should differ in their consumer qualities from the old ones,” Aleksandr Lukashenko stressed. “We have not had and will not have product shortage. I guarantee this to people. You will, in turn, be personally responsible for prices.”

As noted by the President, the issues raised during today’s discussion relate to the direct competence of all those present.
