Zas: CSTO assisted Kazakhstan in ensuring security and territorial integrity
The Collective Security Treaty Organisation has assisted Kazakhstan in ensuring the security, stability and territorial integrity of the country, the CSTO Secretary General, Stanislav Zas, told ONT TV channel
“Firstly, all actions were absolutely legitimate and were carried out in strict accordance with the legislation of our states and in the legal field that was created in the CSTO. Secondly, the main result of the mission was the achievement of the goal: we assisted Kazakhstan in ensuring the security, stability and territorial integrity of the state. Thirdly, we have demonstrated the unity of our organisation and the readiness of our states to take all necessary measures shoulder to shoulder in order to ensure the security of our common defence space. We’ve got the first positive experience of using our collective defensive forces,” Mr. Zas drew attention.
