Zakharova: West lacks ability to compete legitimately in trade
Western countries pursue only their own economic interests and lack the ability to compete in trade by complying with legal rules and laws — as noted by Maria Zakharova, the Russian Foreign Ministry’s official representative, TASS reports

The diplomat further noted that no immediate improvement in global economic relations should be expected, as the West has a long-standing practice of trade and sanctions wars. "This is because they are pursuing their own agendas, because they are unable to compete on the basis of the law or trade regulations since they intentionally withdraw from trade law in particular," stated the Russian Foreign Ministry’s official representative.
“The experience Russia has gained in recent years under sanctions pressure is absolutely invaluable — it must be further developed and put into practice,” she emphasised.
