WP: US lost support of some influential countries in its confrontation with Russia
US intelligence notes that some influential states, including Brazil, Egypt, India and Pakistan, are not inclined to support Washington in its confrontation with Moscow and Beijing – as stated in an article published in The Washington Post, TASS reports
The article notes that ‘US President Joe Biden’s global agenda is facing serious challenges as developing countries try to distance themselves from the growing confrontation between the US, Russia and China and in some cases use this rivalry to their advantage’. The publication clarifies that the relevant assessments of the American intelligence services are given in secret documents that have been leaked to social networks.
Brazil, Egypt, India and Pakistan are unwilling to unequivocally support one side or the other ‘in an era when America is no longer the undisputed superpower’, the article says.
