Vučić: conflict in Ukraine could expand to global scales

Serbian President Aleksandar Vučić expects the deterioration of relations between Russia and China with Western countries and considers the conflict in Ukraine could expand to a world level, RIA Novosti reports

The Serbian leader commented on the topic of further developments around Ukraine, assuming that ‘from the phase of a special military operation we are approaching a major war’. He noted that the question is ‘where are the borders and whether we will go after some time, maybe in a month or two, into a major world conflict the likes of which we haven’t had since WWII’.

As noted by Mr. Vučić, there will be ‘further complicating relations between the West and Russia, and also between the West and China’ in the coming future.
