Vietnam's Ambassador to Belarus: our countries enjoy great potential
Aleksandr Lukashenko has today met with the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Vietnam to Belarus, Nguyen Van Ngu. When commenting on the meeting results, the diplomat told Belarusian journalists that – jointly with the Head of State – he had managed to sum up certain results of bilateral co-operation and outline further prospects for deepening relations between the two states.
The economy was the main focus of the discussion. “Our countries enjoy a great potential, and we need to take advantage [of the situation] to double the trade turnover which has already recovered to its pre-COVID level,” the Ambassador of Vietnam said.
The guest assured that the Vietnamese side will do everything to deepen bilateral co-operation in the future as well.
