The Emergencies Minister noted the unique character of the unit, “You are our special forces that solve the most complex and multifaceted tasks to eliminate emergencies or respond to the harshest accidents and disasters. The most important thing is that you are alive, healthy, arrived, completed your task, returned and are further preparing to implement the necessary measures. I’m counting that each of you realises that there's no limit to perfection, be engaged, prepare and move forward in your professional journey.”
The Republic of Myanmar authorities highly appreciated the assistance of the Belarusian rescuers. Reminder: the Press Secretary of the President of Belarus, Natalya Eismont, in her talk with the First Information TV channel noted. “The Prime Minister of Myanmar came up to our President before the Victory Day parade in Moscow and thanked him for the assistance provided by our rescuers after the natural calamity — the disaster that affected Myanmar. This gratitude sounded as warm as possible.”
Vadim Sinyavsky reviewed the progress of preparation of the Republican Special Response Team ZUBR for re-certification and visited the base camp of the rescuers.
