US trying to isolate large Eurasian space, expert asserts
A Ukrainian crisis has become an inevitable result of the West's cold war against Russia, and a Taiwan crisis could soon become an inevitable result of the same war against China – as noted by Russian orientalist Yuri Tavrovsky in his talk with the Belarus 1 TV channel
The expert believes the United States is now creating two global fronts of the cold war. “One of them is in the West, and it has almost been created – as evidenced by recent events: an attempt to make Finland and Sweden members of NATO, formation of troops on the border with Russia, and so on. The second front envisages an attempt to turn Japan, South Korea and other countries against China. We can say now that the United States has started building a great anti-Chinese wall," he explained.
Mr. Tavrovsky added that Americans are trying, at least, to isolate a large Eurasian space. It is even better for them to conquer this space.
“The US is playing a very big geopolitical game. Importantly, Moscow and Beijing understand this game, but if we act against the United States singly, we will be crushed," the Russian orientalist noted.
