UN Secretary-General António Guterres urged to avoid actions and rhetoric around Ukraine that lead to an escalation.

“We need a de-escalation, be it a military de-escalation or rhetoric de-escalation,” Mr. Guterres said.

On Saturday, Joe Biden delivered a speech in Warsaw on the situation in Ukraine. The US leader made numerous accusations against Russia and its leadership in connection with the military special operation. Among other things, he said that Vladimir Putin ‘cannot remain in power’.
