Ukrainian delegation arrived at place of its negotiations with Russia in Belarus

The Ukrainian delegation has arrived in Belarus at the place of negotiations with the Russian side, RIA Novosti reports

Earlier, Russian Presidential Aide Vladimir Medinsky said that the second round of talks would be held in the Brest Region. According to him, Moscow has formed a block of proposals consisting of three parts, which concern the military-technical, humanitarian-international and political aspects of the conflict settlement.
