Ukraine’s Defence Ministry utters possible attacks on Crimea with help of American HIMARS

Vadym Skibitsky, a representative of Ukraine's Defence Ministry Intelligence Directorate, said the Ukrainian army, using American weapons, could launch a missile strike on Crimea, BelTA reports with reference to RIA Novosti

According to Mr. Skibitsky, the military could use US multiple rocket launchers supplied to Kiev to attack Crimea.

Based on official data, Washington has delivered eight HIMARS systems to Ukraine, and four more complexes are expected to be supplied.

Earlier, the US Defence Ministry said that Kiev had guaranteed that it would not use American MLRS to strike targets inside Russia.

As reported recently, the Russian military have already destroyed two HIMARS multiple rocket launchers.
