Turkish Foreign Minister: Putin informed Erdogan on possibility of negotiations with Ukraine under new terms

Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu said Russian leader Vladimir Putin told his Turkish counterpart Recep Tayyip Erdogan about the possibility of returning to negotiations with Kiev – but only under new terms, RIA Novosti reports

According to the Foreign Minister, Vladimir Putin informed Recep Tayyip Erdogan about the possibility of resuming the negotiation process during the SCO summit in Samarkand. Mr. Cavusoglu added that it is becoming increasingly more difficult to talk about returning to negotiations with each passing day.

The Turkish Foreign Minister did no specify the terms under which the negotiation process could be continued.
