The United Nations has repeatedly stated the threat of a food crisis due to a shortage of grain. In turn, Kiev and the Western authorities have repeatedly accused the Russian Federation of allegedly blocking the Black Sea ports. Moscow categorically denies these accusations and points out that Ukraine itself created obstacles for export, setting fire to grain in the port of Mariupol and mining the Black Sea.

The President of the Russian Federation, Vladimir Putin, stated that the Russian Federation does not interfere with the export of Ukrainian grain, and if Ukraine clears the ports of mines, ships with grain will be able to leave without any problems.
