Sudden check of combat readiness began in Belarus
Following an order of the President of the Republic of Belarus, Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, a sudden check of combat readiness has been launched in the country under the leadership of the State Secretariat of the Security Council, the Belarusian Defence Ministry reports in its Telegram channel
According to the Defence Ministry, the activities will be comprehensive in nature. Troops will have to move out to the designated areas as soon as possible, to carry out their engineering equipment, ensure protection and defence, and also to build bridges across the Neman and Berezina rivers.
As reported, movement of military equipment and personnel will take place over this period, so movement of citizens (transport) on certain public roads and terrain areas is planned to be temporary restricted.
