State Border Committee: another roe deer died in Lithuanian fence

On April 24^th, Lida border guards found a dead roe deer not far from the village of Podvorantsy, Ivye District, the State Border Committee reports in its Telegram channel

According to the State Border Committee, the animal tried to cross into the territory of Belarus, but got entangled in the fence and died from wounds.

"Since the fence was installed by European countries on the border with Belarus, forty-one wild animals have died," the source informed.
