State Border Committee: 39,000+ EU residents visited Belarus without visas since early 2024

Since the beginning of the year, 39,125 foreigners from the European Union have used the Belarusian visa-free regime to visit the republic, the State Border Committee reports in its Telegram channel

Thus, since January 1st, 2024, 22,686 Lithuanian citizens, 7,540 citizens and 1,837 non-citizens of Latvia, as well as 7,062 Polish citizens have visited Belarus.

In total, 839,731 foreigners from neighboring EU countries have travelled to Belarus since the launch of the visa-free regime: 517,897 citizens of Lithuania, 192,341 citizens and 57,952 non-citizens of Latvia, as well as 71,541 citizens of Poland.
