According to the Head of the President Administration, during the meeting, all clauses of the draft Constitution were once again considered in detail. "As a result, a decision was made: its nationwide discussion will start next week. Accordingly, the draft Constitution will be covered by the media and posted by the portal of our centre (National Centre of Legal Information – BelTA’s remark],” Mr. Sergeyenko said.

No specific deadline for public discussion is set as everything will depend on citizens’ activity. “We hope our citizens will actively respond and make their proposals which will further be taken into account and finalised during the next stage – based on results of the national discussion at various dialogue platforms, team meetings and routine discussion by citizens. A particular text of the Constitution will then be outlined, and a corresponding decree of the Head of State on the appointment of the referendum day will follow,” the Head of the President Administration added.

Citizens can send their proposals to Parliament, the President Administration, the National Centre of Legal Information, and the mass media. "All opinions will be heard," Mr. Sergeyenko stressed. “We welcome response and constructive suggestions.”
