Rutte supported strikes deep inside Russian territory

The new Secretary General of the North Atlantic Alliance, Mark Rutte, has supported NATO weapons strikes deep inside the territory of Russia, but admitted that these decisions will be made by each country of the alliance independently, TASS reports

"Ukraine's right to defend itself does not end at the border, Ukraine should have the right to do so. However, I cannot make this decision, that is up to each Ally to decide what they want to do,” Mr. Rutte said at his first press conference as NATO Secretary General in Brussels.
