Russian Foreign Ministry: Kiev preparing large-scale anti-Russian cyber provocation with support of Washington
The official representative of Russia’s Foreign Ministry, Maria Zakharova, said that Ukraine, with support of the collective West, the US and NATO, is preparing a cyber provocation against the Russian Federation, RIA Novosti reports
“Preparations have begun by the Kiev regime, the United States and the collective West – NATO structures. We have been getting the evidence," the diplomat explained.
Ms. Zakharova noted that, not so long ago, Ukraine’s Deputy Prime Minister Mikhail Fedorov said that the world's first cyber army composed of about 300,000 soldiers is being formed. This makes it possible to suggest that the country was actively recruiting сyber soldiers. The official representative of Russia’s Foreign Ministry noted that this is the first time a UN member state has openly declared cyber aggression.
Ms. Zakharova also reported about 700 hacker attacks on Russian and Belarusian banks, companies and institutions. The Foreign Ministry is convinced that these actions are officially supported by the Kiev regime.
