Russian Defence Ministry reported new data on US experiments with Ukrainians
Lieutenant General Igor Kirillov, the Head of the Radiation, Chemical and Biological Protection Troops of Russia’s Armed Forces, said the Russian Defence Ministry obtained new data on terrible experiments of the United States on patients of a psychiatric hospital in Ukraine: medical preparations were tested on them in circumvention of safety standards, RIA Novosti reports
"We have received new information revealing details of the Pentagon's inhuman experiments on Ukrainian citizens in psychiatric hospital No. 1 (Strelechye village, Kharkov Region)," Mr. Kirillov said.
As it has become known, men aged from 40 to 60 suffering from physical exhaustion were mainly chosen for experiments.
The Lieutenant General informed that, according to the data received, the criminals came to the territory of Ukraine through third countries, and the main purpose of such actions was to conceal their belonging to the United States. Mr. Kirillov also showed photos of those who were directly related to the inhumane experiments conducted on mentally ill people.
The Defence Ministry noted that the United States has turned Ukraine into a Pentagon testing ground for the development of biological weapon components and testing of new drugs, bypassing international safety standards.
Mr. Kirillov stressed that representatives of Ukrainian state agencies created no obstacles to those actions: on the contrary, they concealed the crimes committed and even provided biomaterial.
