Russia, Turkey, Ukraine and UN prepared plan for withdrawal of ships with grain

The Russian Federation, Turkey and the UN have developed a roadmap to provide a corridor for the withdrawal of grain-carrying vessels – as reported by RIA Novosti

According to the Anadolu news agency, a meeting on this issue may be held in the coming days.

“It is expected that all interested parties will hold a meeting in Istanbul in the coming days to discuss the details of the roadmap. In the quadripartite format (Turkey, Russia, Ukraine and the UN), such issues as the route, insurance, ship security, port demining, as well as the composition of the command centre are planned to be considered,” the agency explained.

The Russian Foreign Ministry stated that Russia does not interfere with the export of Ukrainian grain. All the problems associated with logistics arose due to the mining of its seaports by Kiev.
