Roscosmos to withdraw from ISS project after 2024

A decision on Russia’s withdrawal from the International Space Station project after 2024 has been made – as informed by the Director General of the Roscosmos State Space Corporation, Yury Borisov, TASS reports

Mr. Borisov stated that Russia will certainly fulfil all obligations to its partners, but the decision to leave the station after 2024 has been made. By this time, the Russian Federation will begin to form a Russian orbital station.

In addition, he stressed that Roscosmos will pay priority attention to providing the Russian economy with the necessary space services.
