Rogozhnik, Ambassador of Guinea-Bissau discussed issues of co-operation in political, trade-economic spheres
Belarus’ Ambassador to Russia Aleksandr Rogozhnik has held a meeting with Ambassador of Guinea-Bissau to the Russian Federation Alfredo Cristóvão Gomes Lopes, sb.by reports citing the Belarusian foreign mission’s press service
The meeting focused on political and trade-economic co-operation, as well as the schedule of upcoming contacts between Belarus and Guinea-Bissau.
Alfredo Cristóvão Gomes Lopes noted the importance of his country’s interaction with Belarus, first of all in agriculture, and also emphasised the interest of Guinea-Bissau in the Belarusian developments and practical experience in this field.
The Belarusian diplomat expressed hope that a delegation from Guinea-Bissau would participate in the Belagro International Agricultural Exhibition to be held in June 2025.
The Ambassador of Guinea-Bissau also expressed interest in organising training of students from his country in Belarusian universities in the whole range of specialities, from agricultural training to medical personnel.
Mr. Rogozhnik stressed Belarus’ readiness to offer Guinea-Bissau a full range of machine building products with further organisation of their servicing.
