Minister of Agriculture and Food Yuri Gorlov focused in his report on the completion of the harvesting campaign and winter sowing. The centralised purchase of chemicals for agriculture was discussed, and the fulfilment of this instruction – earlier given to the minister – was reported on. The functioning of stabilisation funds was also among the key topics of the report.

State Secretary of the Security Council Aleksandr Volfovich reported on the results of the joint Zapad-2025 Belarusian-Russian exercise, informing the Head of State in detail on the lessons learnt and the experience gained. He also informed on the reaction of Belarus’ western neighbours, taking into account their extreme concern on the eve of the exercise.

Another topic of the report tackled the incidents of unmanned aerial vehicles flying into the territory of Belarus, which periodically occur. According to the State Secretary, this situation is being monitored on an ongoing basis.

Yuri Nazarov, the Head of the Belarus President Property Management Directorate, also presented a report, focusing on the progress in building the facilities within the Directorate’s structure, which are under the control of the President. The Head of State pays great attention to relevant projects, as the experience of their implementation is planned to be subsequently spread countrywide.

Another topic of the conversation was devoted to the ASB-Agro Gorodets agricultural enterprise, which Aleksandr Lukashenko visited not long ago and criticised a number of shortcomings. Mr. Nazarov reported on what had been done to date to amend the situation.

Another important topic was in connection with the recent negotiations between the President of Belarus and the Sultan of Oman, and it dealt with a large-scale joint project in the field of agriculture that is under development. It is proposed to implement it in the Vitebsk Region based on the experience of agricultural enterprises in the Braslav District overseen by the Property Management Directorate. Mr. Nazarov was instructed to study the issue of the implementation of this project.
