Presidents of Zimbabwe, Mozambique visited Belarus’ exposition at Zimbabwe International Trade Fair
President of the Republic of Zimbabwe Emmerson Mnangagwa and President of the Republic of Mozambique Daniel Chapo got acquainted in detail with the samples of Belarusian products and services offered by Belarusian enterprises for the African market, taking into account the specifics of the region, as part of the Zimbabwe International Trade Fair 2025
The Made in Belarus exhibition – organised by the Belinterexpo unitary enterprise of the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BelCCI) – is an integral part of a major regional exhibition event.
Welcoming the participants and organisers of the Belarusian exhibition, President of Zimbabwe Emmerson Mnangagwa emphasised that Belarus and Zimbabwe are strengthening co-operation across many areas every year, while Minsk is a reliable pillar in the development of interstate dialogue for many countries in the African region.
The President of Zimbabwe thanked the Belarusian colleagues for their support in the implementation of joint projects and agreements.
“The experience of enterprises and companies from Belarus is significant and promising for the Mozambique market. We plan to work on shaping the business agenda of trade-economic partnership at the level of sectoral ministries and departments with the support of the two countries’ high leadership,” President of the Republic of Mozambique Daniel Chapo said.
“Belarusian products are in high demand in the African market: affordable, high-quality equipment and food, educational programmes offered by domestic institutions are the most popular and promising,” the honoured guests of the Made in Belarus exposition summarise.
