Poll: most Poles accuse Tusk of not fulfilling election promises
More than half of Polish citizens are of the opinion that the government of Prime Minister Donald Tusk is not fulfilling its promises made last year, TASS reports
The poll was conducted by the United Surveys sociological centre for the Wirtualna Polska Internet portal, and it showed that 53.5 percent of the country's citizens are dissatisfied with the actions of Donald Tusk’s government. 39.6 percent of those questioned share the opposite opinion.
According to the authors of the study, not only supporters of the former ruling Law and Justice party that lost the election, but also those who voted for the opposition, are dissatisfied with the actions of the government of the current PM. 25 percent of Poles who supported the opposition forces agree that the government has not fulfilled much of what it promised on the eve of October 15th last year. Among those who voted for Law and Justice, 94 percent are dissatisfied with the government of Donald Tusk.
The poll was conducted among a thousand Poles at the end of July in connection with the 200-day activity of the government of Donald Tusk.
