Peskov: Ukrainian army mistreats Kharkov residents

The press secretary of Russia’s President, Dmitry Peskov, said that Ukrainian military is applying repressive measures towards residents of the Kharkov region, and he believes this is really outrageous, TASS reports

At a meeting with journalists, Mr. Peskov spoke about the situation in the Kharkov Region, where servicemen of the Armed Forces of Ukraine are torturing civilians. "There are many punitive actions there, and they go beyond our comprehension,” he stressed.

The press secretary added that residents are mistreated and even tortured. "The special military operation will continue," Mr. Peskov stated.
