Opinion: training of Ukrainian military to operate Patriot systems confirms US involvement in the conflict

The Pentagon decision to train Ukrainian military to operate Patriot air defence systems once again confirms Washington's participation in the Ukrainian conflict – as stated by the Russian Ambassador to the United States, Anatoly Antonov, RIA Novosti reports

Mr. Antonov stressed that the United States is de facto participating in the conflict ‘on the side of Nazi criminals from Kiev’, adding that Moscow is bringing the consequences of such actions to the notice of American experts.

Earlier, the Pentagon officially confirmed that Ukrainian servicemen will begin training in the handling of the Patriot air defence system at an Oklahoma base in the coming days.
