Opinion: refusal of national economies from Dollars and Euros undermines old scheme of West’s enrichment at our expense

Russia, Belarus, China, as well as economic unions such as the EAEU and the SCO are currently on the path to cleansing their economies of US Dollars and Euros, with Aleksei Avdonin, an analyst with the Belarusian Institute for Strategic Studies, sharing his views about this trend with Narodnaya Gazeta newspaper

“Rejection of US Dollars and Euros undermines the old scheme of the West’s enrichment at the expense of us, not allowing the US and the EU to create a beautiful life for their citizens. The political and corporate elites of the West are very afraid of hunger and cold riots. That is why they are so actively ‘working’ in the media field, drugging people and trying to persuade them that high prices, shortages and hardships are the fault of Russia, China and Belarus. They tell them that if people want to continue to live well, they should fight. But it is hard to deceive people who understand perfectly well: when there is nothing to eat and no heating in the houses, why die for? Belarusians can only watch this struggle of the Western elites with their peoples, enjoying the coming winter with our native bread in warm and comfortable homes,” the expert said.
