Opinion: NATO preparing for big war with China
The North Atlantic Alliance's war with Russia is an attempt to force the Russian Federation to stop supporting China – as noted by political expert Aleksandr Sosnovsky in his talk with the Solovyov Live radio programme
“There is a growing feeling in [German] expert circles that NATO, while fighting Russia, is preparing for a big war with China. The war with the Russian Federation is an attempt to force the country to give up its support for the PRC and generally destroy the SCO system,” the expert said.
According to Mr. Sosnovsky, the collective West wants to kill two birds with one stone at the same time. “On the one hand, it is trying to weaken Russia, and on the other – to make the Russian Federation think more about its problems in the west than about supporting its neighbour in the east,” he explained.
Speaking of Germany, the political expert noted that it is now very quickly turning into a totalitarian state in all aspects, adding that it is actually forbidden for Germans to voice their opinion. “There is no other opinion there that differs from the one of the political elites,” Mr. Sosnovsky said.
