On Lukashenko’s last day in Zimbabwe, he visited Victoria Falls together with Mnangagwa
The President of Belarus, Aleksandr Lukashenko, and the President of Zimbabwe, Emmerson Mnangagwa, visited the famous Victoria Falls, BelTA reports
According to the Pul Pervogo Telegram channel, today is the last day of Aleksandr Lukashenko's visit to Zimbabwe.
As reported, the heads of state held bilateral talks on January 31st. Following their results, Aleksandr Lukashenko said that investment and co-operation projects with Zimbabwe will become the basis for continued liaisons.
In his speech at the ceremony of transferring Belarusian equipment in Harare, the President even thanked the West for its sanctions. "I would like to thank the Americans and the entire Western world for imposing sanctions against us. Otherwise, not Belarusian tractors, but American and German ones would have stood in this vast field," he said.
